    Feel free to use the spreadsheet and questions, ore even tweak them with your own questions. Please reference the work using Creative Commons BY-SA (Share Alike) giving attribution to Agile Dimensions LLC. The preview early PDF drafts of the book are free. If you make your own questions label your variant as as AJI.YourOrgorName.yymm. There is no cost to use the tool in giving a score of 1-9.
  2. Trained
    To use the ‘Honor Stars’ and peer reviewed score of 10 you’ll need to take Bill’s short (and cheap!) course on how to facilitate using the instrument.
