Is there a fire in production? Put on the firefighting helmets and head out to fight it!

Sometimes (hopefully quite seldom) the heat goes up and you need to abandon daily routines and WIP-limits to fight an urgent problem in production.

Place a fire-icon on the Post-it and put on the firefighting helmets. Confused faces are soon replaced with an understanding that focus is essential and that the fire fighters appreciate help in any shape. I know of a company where everyone knows that if a stressed person comes along with a firefighting helmet on, you put aside you own priorities and help if you can. Hugs also seems to be appreciated.
